Instituto 17 was invited to produce a technical report focused on the state of the retail sector that prioritizes the packaging-free/bulk sales model. The report included an analysis of political and governance barriers that hinder broader acceptance of this type of economic model, along with a set of policy recommendations to support the incorporation of robust legislative actions that facilitate the effective adoption of such business models.
